Kink3D Viper cage was designed to hold the foreskin up, I haven't tried it yet, so I can't say for sure
Then there's the cherrykeeper, but you will have to put in some work
I personally use a cobra cage and I do have to adjust my skin abit to use the bathroom but it's not too big of a deal
