its reshade, its a program that adds or highjacks the graphics engine

i run the installer from reshade, point it at the doavv .exe

selecting direct x 11 12 etc

then select some shaders, usually just the default shaders plus 'immerse'

then you can flip them on and adjust

i include the paid ray tracing shader from pg hub, new and old version

but you probably get the most mileage out of color controls, extra lighting and MXAO or the like shadowy effect you can add to girls
