I didn't really have one, I just wanted to go to space. I wouldn't turn down a job offer if they wanted me work with plants instead of fluid dynamics. Besides, I think people on the ISS or manned missions did/do a bit of everything.

If you're gonna hoard it's best to have everything in one book rather than strewn around the house.
It's good practice to keep receipts of things in case you get accused of a crime and need an alibi. But that probably won't work with Amazon receipts... Whatever it is must be important to you.
