Arab Christians use the term Allah to refer to God because that's the name in Arabic. But it's not the same God that is worshiped. That's the key difference. The Dawah jihadis use their snake tongues to try and trick the gullible and less knowledgeable baptised mostly lapsed Christians(usually always Protestant backgrounds) into thinking its the same God.

Remember, Arab Christians are centuries older than Islam and were among the first peoples to accept Christ when missionaries went into the southern desert lands and exiled heretical Christian groups *were* living in vicinity of Medina and the backwater outpost of Mecca at the time of Muhammad and his cave demon visit which is why you see so many wrong things in the Quran and Hadiths about Christianity. The Trinity and birth of Jesus claims are the most hilarious errors in my opinion and there are many but that mistake is so huge, it blows apart the whole "God's words in paper form" claim. I think if anything it shows the desert folks have no understanding of abstract thought and see everything physically and cannot see beyond the physical.

Now back to the point, the Arab Christians are almost extinct in nearly all west Asian countries thanks to all the massacres,expulsions and persecutions against them into the present day.
