Shitposting, the numbers are interesting. Punk has to get 6th place or above to win and even if loses right tomorrow and gets 7th or 8th, he still qualifies except in the following scenario:

Noah at 2nd + Tokido at 3rd and vice versa + a 0-point player wins the event.

Noah himself has to get second to qualify. If he gets 3rd, then he has to bank on Punk going out immediately, since he and Punk would be tied in points. According to the tiebreaker rules, Noah would win the tie since it goes by your highest CPT finish - Punk and Noah are tied at 3rd as their highest so it goes to the next highest finish. Noah placed 5th-6th at UFA and Punk's next highest would become Chengdu at 7th-8th, so Noah would qualify.

If he goes out at 4th place, he cannot qualify. Tokido has to get 3rd or better to qualify, Kilzyou has to win essentially but technically he can qualify if he finishes 2nd and get extremely lucky and:

Punk finished 2nd or worse + a 0-point player wins + Tokido or Noah 3rd.
