I fully agree that positive content is best, and that's why I always make threads that are not divisive and are more about sharing images from a variety of sources rather than stoking flamewars (retro vidya reaction image thread, 3d render threads, game over thread, that was me). I loathe to admit it but some anons want the post speed on this board to accelerate and as such will spam threads to dominate conversation, you can't even talk about sega without someone deciding to make it about spamming or business nerd shit instead of games. you don't need to be a mod or a jannie to necrobump good threads and make new threads to shove off spam that gets overlooked, we don't need mods if we are willing to create threads we like and be vigilant. that's too much effort for some and I get that, I got work and shit too

You're right when you say that learning is a part of playing. Suggesting that you can't learn improved hand eye coordination, button input speed, and situational awareness by playing normally is a contradiction.
