For the record dude humans have warts viruses that literally do this.
So stop conspiracy theorizing everything.
There are more than 100 wart viruses that can infect humans. Every single day you have ever lived you have come into contact with a warts virus, they are incredibly common to the point every single human on the planet has antibodies for them.
Of those 100+ viruses, you are immune to 99% of them because of your genetics.
By sheer probability you can every so once in a while during periods of immune system dysfunction become infected by the warts virus and not fight it off.
The virus hides in the deep tissue and closes itself off via inflammation processes, which means it takes blood in, uses that blood to regulate itself, and prevents the immune system from recognizing the virus at such a rate that you can fight it off.
Human immune system is too complex to permanently be infected by the warts virus. You either
1. Have metabolic/cardiovascular disease (don't exercise or have enough energy production for immune system to function).
2. Are genetically prone to one strain of the virus by sheer probability.

There is a reason some people can live with literal aids and we have cases of people surviving rabies.
Rabbits are not humans, most rabbits are incest bred. As a rabbit can go from birth to mating in 8 months and female rabbits have multiple heat cycles in a single year.
They can and will have sex with their brothers/sisters/mothers/fathers/cousins/grandfather/grandmother etc.

Deer similarly while not practicing incest, practice extreme polygamy. Where a single buck will breed every single doe in a region if no other buck is available.
Such practices make diseases like this rampart.
SOME species of squirrels also practice incest, though I am not knowledgeable on squirrels at all. Squirrel also practice polygamy also.
