The problem with this mentality that most people dont realize if you dont live it, is that if you go back in time, you would not know what specific coin would moon. Its so easy to recall the obvious when it already happened, but it is not so obvious once you live the present.
For every 100 people that they thought and firmly believed in a "just hold bro" project, 95%+ were wrong, and 99%+ are just shitcoin and dead projects. Remember the "Paypal 2.0" Request Network? Its now dead. Remember the "Ethereum killer" EOS? Its now dead.
I have several "unknown but promising" coins that I invested $100 back in 2019 just to see what would happen several years. They are all reaching new lows, just dead.
"But my coin is different". It really takes high iq and experience to see the difference, but for most people, it isn't so obvious.
