Holy fucking SHIT I rode my bike 33 miles, then did a 4 mile trail run. During the run both my VASTUS MEDIALIS felt like they were going to EXPLODE.

I then proceeded to ride 12 miles home

Can’t wait for the triathlon next weekend to be over so I can get back to just rooning
