these "fans" don't want Nano in the manga getting in the way of their Meru, this edit is the type of thing they do, because this is what they actually want.
just take a good look on how much they dessecrate the manga that they supposedly like, how much they love to edit Nano out of any romantic scene, how non chalantly they post those edits, it's almost if Nano was never the reason for them to be here in the first place.
they never liked Nano, they don't like when she's around, they don't like when she has romantic scnes with Shizuka, they only want the manga to focus on Shizuka and Meru, and if you actually care about Nano, you would oppose them.
