Also the Yugo wars were a stalemate, with each country ending with the same amount of territory as before and Bosnia now having a Serb, Bosnian, and Croat in office at the same time. If you were a poor communist country who was fighting two organized militaries, NATO and the JewN, ending in stalemate and with a lower casualty rate than all the others through the entirety of the Yugo wars that sounds like a pretty good deal.
