These kinda threads make me insecure as someone who likes men because it seems like you can't just like men because if you do, you're a pedophile and a political statement.

I don't get upset at pride flags because pride is a consequence of a society oppressing groups of people, same reason why black history month exists. But people seem to think pride will overtake them and make them assholes who think they are better than everyone, and that just sounds like a worst case scenario rather than a certain outcome.
