How are sliced skinless, boneless strips of chicken bad for you?

What is the cleaning? A cutting board, a knife, a fork, a plate, and the dutch oven? 5 minutes to wash these dishes, assuming you don't have a dishwasher.

Washing fresh vegetables isn't hard Anon, or time consuming. Put baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and piece of cucumber in a collander. Put in sink under running water. Chop lettuce while they rinse and then put lettuce in salad spinner basket. Rinse lettuce under cold water, then spin out water.
Dump all things into bowl. Nigga that's 10 minutes tops if you don't have down syndrome.

I said mealprep encourages laziness, not that it's the sole contributing factor. It's habit forming though. Better to form good habits and maintain the ability to adapt, rather than live your life in a scheduled structured hamster home. Also wagecucking is designed to kill you, so that's a non-starter if we're talking about improving health. #1 goal should be to not wagecuck.
