So I went and checked every element.
Not everything may be perfect. Only a few elements have weapons that give 30% meter on ougi, some are 15% or 10% but most elements have more than enough meter boost to likely still make it all work.
Although most are likely going to need to use some rather odd teams so it's most likely not worth it at all.
