ther are some differences yeh. like java has the combat update which made to where theres like a pause in between hitting things with tools and i know you can actually use yur offhand for a ton of stuff in java. in bedrock its very limited with offhand stuff. there are a ton of very small and minute differences but ftmp they try and keep the two versions very similar. like autumn said too java has more accessible mods and texture packs and things. bedrock makes you pay for things like that
