Antisocial personality disorder and narcissist personality disorder so I'm basically like evil and self centered (oversimplifying it but basically I lack a lot of empathy and stuff) but I'm different in terms of self awareness from other people with my disorder so therapists can't help me much. Basically me doing behavioral therapy on myself has helped me restrict a lot of the bad parts about me.
