If my bf likes me curvier/healthy, is there any good reason to pursue under-eating and malnourishment to meet the average man's standards for thinness in women? Like picrel? Is there any social capital reason?
Even eating 1000kcals at 168cm and walking 10k steps a day didn't get me perfectly tiny and small. I was slim but not cute and delicate because of my structure and muscle mass, similar to how some men just won't be skelly unless they're starving. To be clear I know many women are skinny and normal, it just wasn't healthy for me. And I ate only protein and vegetables, but only got to size M pants and size S tops. I also just felt like shit all the time.
I do lift and eat healthy currently. Both make me feel far better.
