People spray WD-40 on the plastic parts on RC cars and it seems to make the plastic more pliable, bends a little easier instead of breaking. Has anyone ever tried it on a drone?

I saw where they soak an RC car in WD-40 and let it sit for a few days. It gets absorbed into the plastic and makes it bend instead of brake, you have to see the comparison. Nobody does it for drones and I'm wondering if it's the plastic or whatever. Crashing a drone. like an RC car can be expensive.
