It takes ages, and only accelerates once you've gotten through all the PR ships and can focus on gear research. UR gear is pretty important and I think they need to accelerate it for newer players.

Hey, take advantage of it. I don't see them very often, but when I was farming La-9s I had such bad luck with gold 30m missions that I don't trust them anymore. I had ten in a row without a rainbow BP.
