Correct. Health insurance is still affordable (but not $20/mo) if your job has it as a benefit. On the other hand, have you ever heard of a fast food employee who has that kind of health plan? I just googled it and found out McDonald's, the company which made that budget projection, has a $70/mo health plan. Maybe they're talking about going on welfare or something and using govt insurance.
