Conservatism is a political ideology which you can adopt as an identity.
And then, whos going to determine what is conservative or not? Not you. The (((people with the money))) will. They will determine what conservatism is.
On the other hand, ethnicity is a category of reality, because it is based on your language. No one in the federal government created the English language, I guarantee you that.
This is one of the things, langugage, which you inherit from ethnicity. Even the complicated ethnicity of being in America. Religious identity is the same type of thing.
The real ethnic paradigm in America is:

These are three ethnic identities that determine thought in America.
This is known as the 'triple melting pot' theory, created by William Her(((berg))), introduced in the 1930s (the theory may need to be updated now).
Elon Musk or Jeff Zukerbberg are not going to dictate the catacycism of the Catholic church. You can't do that. Whereas, if it is conservatism, or if it's another category of mind (as opposed to a category of reality), called "race", they get to dictate what you believe. And that's why they'll lure you into these Internet psuedo identity groups.
