Nightsoul transmission, but without the endless stamina bar would probably make the most sense. There's that cooldown for the transmissions, but when you got all that phlogiston to burn through, you could just wait it out in the air and never even touch the ground. In this clip there's a switch from the birb jumps to the grapple hook, it gives some extra agility but it's not totally borked

Of course even outside Natlan, Chasca, Wanderer etc. is still really silly, if a wall has any kind of slope you can just kinda just hover against it and glide up lol
