I also do not see the "gradual decline in quality" since the show is remarkably consistent, and if anything (at least for me) has been ramping up in the 31~40 episode zone.
I'm not saying I can't find things to complain about with it, and I'll definitely have some thoughts once I'm done watching it here soon, but seriously... despite not slotting in well within the Pretty Cure series as a whole (at least in my opinion) it's good at exactly what it sets out to do.
