I am witnessing the jeeting first hand and it is breaking my morale

>5y at mediumish company which is DoE subcontractor, ~30000 regular users of our service, mostly government but some private
>1y ago “sister” team lead got replaced by jeet
>since then, at least 3 of the 20 ppl on the team have been similarly replaced.
>neither team has done any new hiring in the last year
>had our own subcontractor that basically did triannual netsec-oriented reviews of my team’ web services’ middleware
>contract not renewed for first time since I’ve been here
>talked to my boss, they have no intention of doing this in house, and he alludes to the fact that they are considering just outsourcing the contract you know where
>same boss who has been coming into office less and less frequently for whatever reason…

been looking for a new job for 3 months, not even one interview.
