I dunno what to tell you, I never had performance issues with CS much, unless I somehow installed something wrong / didn't update the main CS mod for a new thing.

Also, get something more powerful than a 5070. I used a 3070 before putting together my new computer, and both ENB and CS were being a little fucky on it, ENB more so. The 5070 isn't that much more powerful than the 3070 to justify the price at all.
