The Road Tribe. These guys seem to be 100% Filmation. The character "Kara" lived with them and would get powered up into "Leadra" in the same cave as He-Ro. Clearly the She-Ra of his time, but I would guess intended as a love interest, not sister.
Some if not all of them are apes, and it would sure be a lot more interesting to see Beast Man's ancestors with tech gear and Mad Max vehicles than "a heroic version of the exact same design lived thousands of years ago."
