I really wish Falcom would get away from the "hub" design again. I feel like it worked in Crossbell because of how integrated the entire game world was but now that they've done it in basically every single game since Zero and it just makes every game feel so formulaic. Every game now has to have the obligatory part of each chapter where you return to the main hub to do side quests and the optional dungeon and bonding events etc. When you play a new Trails game it just feels like you're getting more of the same shit you've already played 10 times instead of really getting something new and unexpected.
