SIzuna kinda scales of herself when lots of buffs are active. If you take a look at her kit it's basically like this: more crit rate/atk speed ->even more atk speed ->even more crits and so on. It's self-reinforcing loop.

She works much better on Set and static fights in general. SK isn't really her thing. On Goz she's also good because focus target.
