Yeah, but for Tensei-P at least they started generating AI renders that look consistent as much as possible. It does mean that a lot of the older art is pretty much replaced (unless you like them enough to forcibly switch back to them), but some of the older artwork occasionally disappears from some characters (and once in a while suddenly reappears later). Though for some of them, it may be a matter of bad taste, but personally it felt better that they weren't in. I generally prefer the newer, current AI art that is being released for it right now.
For example, Yukki (Yukino Mayuzumi) put me into a literal 'who?' mode because I was used to the old EN version of her art, which looked nothing like her default look as per Tensei-P (which I assume is the Persona 1 look). On the other hand, it made some characters look even more waifu material than they already were.
