Is Teio's unique actually good to inherit for Gemini? I'm looking at the conditions and the sim and its seem like poop. Or does the effect actually carry on through the last spurt/straight?

Because if so then maybe it's pretty good if it procs right at the end of the final corner and lasts into the final spurt.
