Sparkle BUFF with Sparkle2.
Trace changed: Depending how many Quantum OR ELATION characters, bonus damage and ATK (15%/20%/30%/45%, for 0/1/2/3). If there's at least 3 Quantum/Elation characters, add bonus true damage of the same value.
Skill changed: If used on quantum or elation character, advances and buffs the entire team by 50% (excluding self) and generate 1 skill point. Can't use skill on self. Skill buff counts down on Sparkle's turn. Targeted character gains twice the crit damage buff effect and gains 20% crit rate if quantum/elation.
ult changed: Buff counts down on Sparkle's turn. Added: Every skill point consumed or generated counts as two skill points used or generated for any skillpoint related checks during its uptime.
talent changed: Add 2 max AND starting SP. Sparkle keeps a tally of spent or generated skill points. Every time a total of 20 skill points have been generated or used, next skill will grant target an extra turn. During this no skill points will be consumed by the target or tallied, then reset the tally.
Tech: Changed completely: Immediately uses Skill once on the character starting the battle free of cost and generate one more skill point.
e2: add equal amount of res pen (8% per stack)
e4: also adds 1 starting SP
e6: Added: If any ally has over 100% crit-rate on their attack, surplus crit-rate will be converted to crit-damage 1 to 2. Crit-rate buff off skill will also affect all allies if triggered, and gets doubled for all quantum/elation allies. When Sparkle's talent's extra turn triggered, Sparkle will enter pure elation state: For every skill point the target would normally consume, the target deals true damage to all enemies based on 100% of own crit damage. This damage will always crit.
