20% of cops are the honest ones. (The ones that will disobey an order to protect human life). I did it proudly and thats the only time I actually save a life.
70% are dumbed down npc's. They get in with good scores and no experience. So most of them are useless too.
That last 10%? Those are the subhumans who lie. The narcissists of life.

My worst shifts were always the ones working with a shit partner I couldn't trust. My most solid co workers and I actually enjoyed the days of being with a prisoner for our entire shift, instead of a shit coworker. I trust the prisoner more.

Never waver your intellectual honesty. Keep your patience and sense of humor, and there is nothing the world can throw at you.

Spent a week imagining people on the insides. But it doesn't bother me. It was a highlight of my life due to the rarity of seeing one. (And I was not a family member).
