He was already half way through the turn. The DRIVER of the car was too dumb to slow down. Had they slowed down AT ALL it would have prevented the deaths.
Even though he made an illegal turn, the car driver didn't reduce speed. A good lawyer can get him off.
The driver died, so they can't explain how stupid they are. This is why you always keep your distance, plan your route, and expect that the other drivers will do things that are unpredictable.

20% of cops are the honest ones. (The ones that will disobey an order to protect human life). I did it proudly and thats the only time I actually save a life.
70% are dumbed down npc's. They get in with good scores and no experience. So most of them are useless too.
That last 10%? Those are the subhumans who lie. The narcissists of life.
My worst shifts were always the ones working with a shit partner I couldn't trust. My most solid co workers and I actually enjoyed the days of being with a prisoner for our entire shift, instead of a shit coworker. I trust the prisoner more.
Never waver your intellectual honesty. Keep your patience and sense of humor, and there is nothing the world can throw at you.
