ok but I thought you should know anyway because I felt like sharing this monumental achievement

I've been without ice cream for 5 years and I cannot wait to eat some again(I guess this milkshake kinda counts). I stumbled upon a youtube video about "colon adaptation" and decided it was work trying. All I did was force myself to digest milk on a daily basis and suffer through all the symptoms in the meantime. (Normally I cut off anything with milk for like week after I feel the symptoms really bad).

The first like 6 days were bad. I was in pain constantly, trips to the toilet were painful. Then it started to die down. This morning I ate a bowl of cereal with whole milk. No stomach cramps, no nausea, no bloated feeling all day. It's finally fucking happening. I thought I was gonna be stuck without milk for the rest of my life. I'm honestly pretty happy at this outcome, there's so many things I had to avoid eating or suffer the consequences BUT NOW THERE ARE NO CONSEQUENCES HAHA!!
