The Anthrax Vax that was shelved was the closest to doing just that.
It already reduced fertility.
And India was one of the small handful of nations to not take the Western Vaxx.
So maybe this might be the solution?
These people love taking antibiotics.
Maybe that would be the way to introduce it into the population if anyone did.

Got to hand it to them, they were smart enough to avoid that shit last time.
But if you dispensed it to the mass of them as some kind of pandemic response, it might work.
