You sound out of breath at points idk if thats clocky but it stands out. Also a bit nasal which could be an issue. It sounds like a voice you’re putting on in places rather than one that is your default

The voice is passable as female i think, but it sounds like a character, I feel like not many people sound this way irl. It sounds weird but experiment with lowering your pitch while maintaining a bright vocal resonance and see how it sounds. It might not be what you want but it’s a good place to start looking for a lot of girls. Also it is very breathy which isn’t necessarily bad but it can sound forced if you overdo it so also experiment with that and see how you feel. I know that advice is vague but honestly a lot of voice training is just experimenting

How do I make myself stop thinking like this? It’s not like something i consciously try to do. It’s like a knee jerk reaction. When I see a hot guy and think “I’m such a fag” I usually try to tell myself like “hey shut up and just enjoy this” but the shame feeling is already there. I get that what I need to do is not think that way, but I don’t know what steps I need to take to change that
