if you use the new 14b wan i2v self-forcing workflow, 5 minutes will be about 80-90 seconds and 30 steps of quality requires about 4-6 steps. it's THAT much faster. there is no competition anymore. you can literally see the whole animation play out almost live when you click run prompt. only downside is this released 2 days ago and the workflows are messy. i just got mine working about an hour ago.
