Its the vocalist, did no one have the guts to tell him he sounds the way he does? I'm assuming they must realize, but want the post-irony of sounding bad on purpose, I don't respect it. They should get the guy from the A Forest of Stars guy to do those sections.

Shame, I think it could have actually been pretty decent without the sporkcore dark cabaret vocals and spoken word sections.
