I am taking an entire gram. Not gonna lie this one is dubious and has a subtle effect if any, but there is research to suggest it works

Pretty strong anxiety producer that is legal and over the counter. It is liver toxic and could be addictive, thats how you know its good

possible snake oil but there are studies suggesting it works. Another cheap supplement worth throwing into my anti anxiety potion

traditionally thought to be a sedative and there is some research that shows it does have an effect on GABA. I doubt it is very effective but its also cheap and worth throwing into the stack

underrated in terms of increasing confidence. Knowing your dick will get harder than steel if given the chance to take it out does help with getting girls I think
