Sigil of flames + demon spikes before any pack so u dont get deleted but dont waste sigils in only one pack
try to angle breath + sigil of spite so u can hit everything, impossible to lose aggroo if u do that, the hunt as much as possible, felblade as much as possible
meta is a def burst, fiery brand + burning alive is a big def cd
