Because of racist cops and systemic racism chud. Blacks get racially profiled and stopped for no due process all the time, simply because another black man is wanted over the radiowaves. A cop hears about a black suspect over the radio and then stops the next black man they see. When the innocent black man rightfully resists he gets shot chud.
