Communists aren't human, and the Navy SEALs are based. Killing communists has no moral quantity. If you lined up ten million communists and their children and kicked them backwards into a pit full of ravenous hogs to be eaten alive, by the end of it you would not have killed one innocent soul because being a Communist, by definition, makes you a criminal and deserving of death.

There are no exceptions to this rule--there cannot be. It's a matter of epistemological fact. Thus, no amount of "collateral" damage in a war against communists is collateral, those people all deserve death and killing them is the goal. The great error of the West was in assuming that people can be saved if their communist government is overthrown--no no no. All of the good people within a society that becomes Communist are killed. Sometimes I spend hours imagining Frenchmen freezing to death in Russia, just because of stuff like this. I imagine their vile left-wing blood turning to shit in their veins, I imagine them huddled together for warmth, sobbing quietly as their disgusting proto-communist souls are dragged out of their bodies one by one down to the eternity of rape and torture that awaits all the Godless in Hell.
