Yeah I could see that happen. Personally I believe we won't get the actual God Valley Incident yet. This and Kuma's flashbacks are to flesh out what happened behind the scenes of the Incident and what lead up to it, and to show how Shanks ended up up with Roger. The actual God Valley Incident focusing on Roger, Rocks, Garp and Garling will be its own standalone flashback I think.
