Nintendo's reports are always Sell-In because Nintendo makes their money when they sell to the retailer. Sell-Through is better because it means someone bought it. Yes, they should line-up eventually, but it's pretty clear Nintendo pushed more units in this quarter to make the number look good. For reference, it is unusual that they don't mention Sell-through as most reports mention it multiple times. Them excluding it tells you they never sold 10 million to customers.
Also, we know DK has almost a million more units shipped vs sold to customers and thats after 12 months. Its not impossible to believe there are far more Switch 2 units in the channel that have not been sold.
