Pro tip: If you want to post a picture that exceeds the 4MB limit but you don't want to downsize it and loose its original resolution, you can use an image compressor to reduce the file size. You can do this with software you might have purchased/downloaded, or use the many free image compressors online I use the one provided by the website ImageReziser, but most any you search up should do just fine.
Both of these pictures would have been too large to post without compression or resizing, and I've used compression to post many, many pictures to 4Chan that would have otherwise been far too large to upload.
Note that this works best work PNG files, which unlike JPG images, can withstand a certain amount of lossless compression.
