Cant help but feel this Yao is someone that will be a problem. That "no contact order" sounds kind of impossible on its own, like what if Spartans are seen or contacted by UNSC forces due to the battlefield it self making it happen ? I had expected something better for plans, but it sounds near the edge of wasting super soldiers. Spartans are great but the first idea of throwing them in the outskirts alone against the main invasion force like....what are you expecting there madam. We are talking of at least a few thousands mixed alien troops plus vehicles, and if the spartans cant coordinate with other military units its all going kind of blind.

The Black Reed change might be a bit better but....again. how are the Spartans secret in a settlement lol. There might be no military personnel. But there are still civies and i presume police if the Innies didn't kill all of them. In regard to the separate group detaching from the main covenant force, i am unsure. Even a few hundreds + vehicles are far more than enough to be a great risk for spartans. Add unknown numbers of hostile Innies and it looks like a recipe for disaster, even with Covenant and Innies killing eachother too.

The siege on this research facility/black site is an unknown. It depends on the amount of covenant troops sent. I wouldn't be surprised if its a lot, we have to assume there is still personell and guards there too. Are we supposed to not contact them for defeat the sieging enemies ? They are also not getting evac without communications with other UNSC military forces. Are the Spartans running away when that happens in Yao mind ?
