below skill level =/= "i should be ranked higher"
it means playing against people who are supposedly the same "skill level" as me according to the game, yet matches like these can happen more often than they should within the same rank range. i say the system insists on it because pic related is the exact kind of match you can expect half the time following 2 or more losses. these games arent fun for anyone on either side.
