I just hit 90 or above on everything, my suggestion is just cramming leves since you're probably sitting on a maxed out stockpile already.
Not sure if you can do moon stuff at every level, but I did it for all of my 80-90's and the exp was really good and got it done in a couple days.
I keep my houses and rooms in immaculate condition because they're either undecorated still (newest one) or just unvisited. I imagine trying to grab anything good on Balmung at this point is futile after all the good houses were in previous waves.
