If you want really good quality, I'd suggest increasing the resolution you're generating at. Upscale afterwards, of course, but with something in the ballpark of 480p you'll usually end up with a fairly noisy upscale.

For me, 480p is currently sadly the best I can do, unless I'm extremely patient.
