People keep saying "Oh Eito is your typical fujobait" but I won't stop believing that in any other game/visual novel Eito would be a girl. I don't know, just the concept of "I'm nice and soft and fragile and innocent SIKE I'm actually fucked up and evil and want to kill you all" is strongly associated with female characters for me.
