Titus's plot is being continued in the table-top in a new 500 worlds storyline where he as the new 2nd Captain of the Ultramarines has become the Warden of Ultramar, tasked with retaking the 500 worlds of Ultramar where he, the newly minted ancient Gadriel and Metarus go fight some Necrons.
